Introduction:

Summit Shots is a sports photography company based in Sun Peaks, BC, owned by Brock and Xander Hawes. By using or purchasing from summitshots.ca, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Use of Website:

Summit Shots allows guests to view and purchase professional photos from Sun Peaks.

Please do not screenshot or copy preview images — these are protected by copyright.

Only purchased photos grant a valid license for use.

Photo Purchases:

Our digital photos are available only to the main subject(s) shown.

Do not purchase photos of people without their consent.

Each purchase includes a personal-use license (see below).

Pricing & Payments:

All prices are in Canadian dollars and processed securely through Stripe.

A 5% GST is added to all purchases.

Summit Shots may update pricing or promotions at any time.

Refund Policy:

Because all products are digital, all sales are final.

Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.

If you receive the wrong file or experience an issue, please email

summitshots2025@gmail.com

within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Photo Pass Terms:

Photo Passes are a fair use agreement between Summit Shots and the customer.

Each pass can include up to five people (close friends or family).

Sharing your pass widely or online will result in suspension without refund.

Intellectual Property:

All photos remain the property of Summit Shots.

Your purchase gives you a personal-use license — you can crop, edit, and post your photos for personal or social media use.

Commercial use (e.g., brand marketing, sponsorships, or resale) requires our written consent.

Social Media Use:

We love seeing our photos shared online!

Please tag or mention @summitshots.ca when posting your images.

Do not misrepresent the work as your own or resell it.

Liability Disclaimer:

Summit Shots is not responsible for damages, losses, or downtime.

While we do our best to store and deliver your photos securely, we cannot guarantee permanent availability.

Privacy:

We collect minimal information (name, email, address, payment details) to process your order through Stripe.

We use cookies and analytics to improve your browsing experience.
